Complete Control

Under GDPR, CCPA, and our own privacy commitments, you have the “right to be forgotten.” You may request the deletion of all personal and account data we hold about you at any time.

02. How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer:

03. Deletion Timeline & Exceptions

Upon verifying your identity, we will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Exceptions

Financial records required by law for tax and accounting purposes.
Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our Terms of Service.
Anonymized aggregate data that cannot be linked back to you.
